These vintage tap shorts from the 1930's are so sweet! The hips have a lace panel down to the hem. There are button closures on the side and here is a little loop at the bottom, to keep the shorts from coming up like a slip skirt would. The shorts are not lined.

These shorts can fit up to a size 32" waist, but classically these were meant to be worn lower on the waist or high hip so keep that in mind with the measurements. Estimated size small/medium.
